Within three days, LGBTI (Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Intersex) and also LGBTI-Allies have the opportunity to connect, learn from each other, meet outstanding LGBTI-Leaders and select the 10 best leaders among them through innovative challenges and democratic votes.
According to Lindsay Krakauer – Winner of The RAHM Contest 2017 – RAHM is a must:

Stuart Cameron, CEO Uhlala, instigator of the contest, calls “all people who are or want to become leaders” to apply to the RAHM contest.
He adds: “Firms who wants to recruit outstanding people, empower and connect their employees within an international LGBTI leadership community or support LGBTI shall spread this news and get in contact with RAHM.”
Last but not least, RAHM will not only take place in Berlin but also in London – one day before the Pride March. Another good reason to apply!
