Talk or workshop (on a first-come, first-served basis)

At the final you have a chance to give a 20-min talk or 60-min workshop. If you are interested, please, send your proposal to Stuart.
There will be some limited spots.

Keynote (on a first-come, first-served basis)

We are still looking for a closing keynote. Please, let us know if you have someone in mind. Since we have the Pepo founder, Jason Goldberg, for the morning keynote, we would prefer a woman for the evening keynote.


You can sponsor a prize for the top 10 of the day and the winner. The prizes are to be used for various personal and professional development (e.g. job shadowing, business dinners, vouchers, seminars, trainings, events, professional journals, etc.). Please, let us know if you want to be part of it.

Your profile

Please, send us your logo or another picture and a short text for your company profile. You can include a link to your career page too.

Please, email us the names and titles of all company representatives, who will be present at RAHM and at the other networking events on Thursday and Saturday.

CV Book (See the tab “Business Lounge”)

Please, send us the participants’ names who have been invited to take part in the company lounges. Deadline is on the 30th of July.

Goody Bag

You can place 1 item in the goody bag at the RAHM final. Please, contact us if you want that.

Open Positions (No deadline)

Upload your open positions on our online job board It’s free for you. We will post your jobs on the RAHM fanpage too.

You can send René up to 10 employment ads for our RAHM newsletter.

Stand alone mailing (Only for Strategic Partner)

We will send out one stand alone mailing for you after the event to all our RAHM participants and members (e .g. invitation to an internal company event or job offers). Contact Stuart for more information.

Public transportation: Stations next to the location are S+U-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße, U-Bahnhof Französische Straße, S+U-Bahnhof Brandenburger Tor

If you arrive by a long distance train, please, get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central station) and take the S-Bahn one station until “Friedrichstraße”. From there you can walk 10min until the location. If you arrive by a regional train get off at the station “Friedrichstraße”.

Business Lounge

We are deliberately avoiding a trade fair atmosphere, so you do not need a stand, but you will have a “lounge” with a table at the location. You can bring a roll-up with your company logo. Tables for more detailed conversations will be organised that you can spontaneously visit.

CV Book & Face2Face Talks

You will receive the CVs from the finalists on the 13th of July (Only the ones who agreed to share them with you). You can invite them via email to talk to you in the in Business Lounge between 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

How can I stay in touch with the finalists?

There will be a LinkedIn group for all participants after the event and also a RAHM booklet with all information. We are also launching a new online community for all RAHM members in September with online profiles.


Every partner company can bring a max. of 3 people to the event. 2 persons for the Leadership Group Challenges (from 11 am – 5.30 pm) and the face2face session (5.30 pm – 7.30) and 1 person for the Top-Executive group interview (6 pm – 8 pm). The person from the interview can also join the group challenges.

How does it actually work?

  • As you may already know, the contest winner is chosen by all the participants including you (so called crowd-ranking).
  • The voting takes place via smartphone or devices provided by us.
  • Do not worry: You do not have to (and can not) prepare for the day. Everything is explained on the spot. Just come and have a great mood.

Smartphone !!!

Since you need your smartphone for the voting, it is indispensable throughout the day. The voting will take place via a mobile website, you will not need any special apps and there is WLAN on site.

Please, bring your charger with you. There will be charging stations on site. For those who do not have a smartphone, emergency paper forms will be on site.

Come as you are. Suits are not required.

We have made some arrangements  on dinner so that you don’t go hungry.  See below for a list of suggestions with some reservations.  To co-ordinate the crowd we need someone responsible to bring everyone safe and sound to the restaurants 🙂 Prove your leadership skills and get in touch as a ‘Table Captain’!  Everyone pays for their own meal.
