“How to orchestrate for impact – leading in complex and ambiguous times”

‘We lead by orchestrating’ is the title of the LEAD section in our Manifesto for the #preferrredfuture of Work.Lead.Space. Accenture partners with Vitra and future of work experts to provoke, explore and shape the future ways of working, leading and using space. We co-created a Manifesto, wrote a report and continue to build a growing community as well as build the future we want. This Round Table will be a space for a radical honest conversation about orchestrating: What is the benefit ? What does it take to orchestrate? Why do I suck at doing so every so often? How to get better?

Thomas Gigant – Senior Consultant Conversion Optimization

“Queer and Entrepreneurship: What is needed to see more Queer entrepreneurs?”

When we look around us, and especially in Germany, the world of entrepreneurship seems to be “straight white male” dominated. What would it take in terms of infrastructure, network (etc) to have more queer entrepreneurs?
