CONTEST VOTING PROCESS
During the challenges, Jury members are not the ones that need to be convinced by you – it is your fellow group members that need to be impressed!
There will be three different challenges. All participants will be distributed equally into eight different groups and for every challenge, the groups will change.
After each challenge, you get to vote through our website (access will be given at the contest). You can distribute 1 – 6 points for up to three different people from within your group. For example, you can choose person A who receives three points and person B who receives five points. It is up to you, how many people you want to distribute points to (max. three people) and how many points you want to give every person. If you want to, you can also give no vote to anyone.
You cannot give points to yourself – we will see that 😉
Dinner Arrangements , July 31
We have prepared the list of the restaurants within the area of different price range and menu offers, to make sure everyone can find something to their taste. You will find the list of suggestions with possible reservations below. For proper coordination we will arrange Table Captains to bring everyone safe and sound to the restaurants. Captains will be announced during the RAHM Contest.

PRIDE VANCOUVER PARADE - General Information
On the day of the Pride, put on your best costume and join us for the Pride celebration! We all head for the Pride Toronto Parade and join RBC employees and their float! 🏳️🌈 💃🏽

- You can either wear RBC provided shirts or your best pride outfit! As long as it doesn’t display a logo of other company or organisation.
- Your banners cannot portray hate towards any persons or groups.
- Make sure to bring your own water and food to snack on!
- No alcohol and any other controlled substances are permitted on the parade route.

Below you can find the letter of dispense that you can present to your employer. You can use it to request paid holiday days and to request for your company to cover the costs.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE OUT TO JOIN RAHM. Although RAHM puts the spotlight on openly out professionals as role-models, we do recognise, that not everyone is out at their workplace and want to support you nonetheless. We respect our members’ decision to hide their real identity with any means possible. RAHM is an exclusive community, meaning that our events and platform are for members only. Reach out to us, if you have any questions regarding personal privacy.

Dresscode
Come as you are. Suits are not required.
Crowd ranking vote – How does it work?
As you may already know, the RAHM Contest Winner is chosen by all the participants (so-called crowd ranking). The voting takes place via your smartphone.
Don’t worry: There is nothing to prepare for the day. Everything is explained on the spot. Just come and have a great time!

Smartphone !!!
Since you will use your smartphone for voting, you will need it throughout the day. The voting will take place via a mobile website. You can also download RAHM Platform app, which can be used for this purpose.
Please bring your charger with you. There will be charging stations on site. For those who do not have a smartphone we will help you out with our devices. Please inform Katrine before the Contest, if that is the case.
How can I get to know the other participants?
All RAHM Contestants become part of the RAHM Community and can create a profile on our RAHM Platform. Additionally, each contestant receives a RAHM Booklet containing contact information of fellow contestants.
Log in to your account and join the RAHM Vancouver group to connect with the rest of the Contestants already before the event!
