RAHM Global LGBT+ Impact Day 2020 | Online Edition
Organised by RAHM Community. Hosted by Commerzbank
RAHM brings together the most outstanding LGBT+ leaders in the world. Through our network, we connect, inspire and support the next generation of LGBT+ leaders.
RAHM | The Global LGBT+ Leadership Community in cooperation with Commerzbank invites (young) leadership talents to work hand-in-hand in the highly interactive event, including active problem solving, group work, burning discussions, intensive networking and inspiring keynote speakers!
WHY DO WE HAVE AN IMPACT DAY?
The challenges we face today won’t disappear tomorrow, in a month or a year. Recent happenings have shifted the power around the world, so now more than ever we have to stay innovative, creative and brave, envisioning ways that the pandemic and worldwide Black Lives Matter protests can be stepping stones to a better future.
As LGBT+ people joined together at Stonewall to rise up and fight for better treatment, we are now seeing a worldwide movement against anti-Black racism and police brutality. We cannot continue moving towards an inclusive and tolerant society unless we address the continuing racial injustice and act in solidarity to support our Black community members.
We want to help our LGBT+ members come together, celebrate our diversity and spend a productive day with each other, tackling the challenges that today poses for LGBT+ leaders.
That’s why we’re hosting the RAHM Global Impact Day this summer. Although it’s not possible to meet in person, we will create a digital think-tank space where participants can address the topics we all find the most essential.
Share your insights, contribute your knowledge, learn from others, inspire others and get inspired yourself all while also leaving your input in developing an innovative and unique tool aiming to positively contribute to LGBT+ community in a professional world.
WHAT TOPICS WILL WE TACKLE?
Impact Day participants will decide themselves which LGBT+ related issues they want to tackle collectively. Please leave your suggestion in the application form! We will collect all suggestions and 2 weeks before the event open the voting to decide the challenges participants want to work on throughout the day.
WHERE?
Mostly on everyones’ new favourite platform Zoom! With the help of Slack.

Friday, July 24, 2:00pm – 3pm CEST (UTC+2)
WHO CAN JOIN?
The day is exclusively for RAHM Community Members! It is completely free of charge to join the Community and the Impact Day!
Everyone is welcome, regardless of your age, experience or RAHM event participation history – as long as you are motivated to actively participate and contribute!
