The RAHM Contest is attended by many talented & inspiring people. The Top 10 are chosen through out a crowd-ranking process. The contestants choose, make assessment and decide themselves, who are the most inspiring, determined and passionate LGBT+ leaders. The winner is chosen by the RAHM Top Executive Jury board, after the rounds of individual interviews.
