RAHM – The Global LGBT+ Leadership Contest & Community brings together the most outstanding present and future LGBT+ leaders in the world. Through a worldwide network and many events, we connect, inspire and support the next generation of LGBT+ leaders.

According to new studies, LGBT+ people are less likely than otherwise similar heterosexual men to attain the highest-level managerial positions that come with increased status and pay. These studies prove that the LGBT+ glass ceiling is real. The RAHM Global LGBT+ Leadership Community’s objective is to bring together the most outstanding LGBT+ minds and smash the Leadership Gap together.

The RAHM Impact Day took place on July 15th 2018 in London with more than 60 LGBT+ leaders from all around the world, from young talented students to top executives, selected for their outstanding skills, achievements and visions. They have been challenged to create a one-of-a-kind tool in just one day, in order to overturn the LGBT+ Leadership Gap and finally came me up with more than 100 concrete and realistic solutions.

The issues addressed are the following ones:

  • Pinkwashing
  • Discriminations in the workplace
  • Becoming an LGBT+ leader
  • Belonging to multiple minority groups
  • Proudly joining a new organisation
  • Initiating an LGBT+ themed project
  • Facing discrimination as LGBT+ Leader
  • Bringing more LGBT+ women into leadership positions

For each topic the participants came up with concrete, implementable and shareable action plans. Request the report by contacting Laura at hello@rahm.ceo

The RAHM Impact Day was organised by UHLALA (Berlin), hosted at the White City Place in London and supported by SAP, Stanhope LTD, Mitsui Fudosan, AIMCo and Unleash Leadership.

We are one of the leading LGBT+ Social Business in Germany. Since 2009 we have been supporting, connecting and empowering LGBT+ people in their career and bringing them together with companies and organizations that take a stand for LGBT+ diversity. We pursue this goal with different projects.

Since 2013 we have also committed to increasing the number of women in leadership positions. Our project PANDA supports talented women, brings them together and gives them a chance to develop and get in contact with companies.

With our many years of expertise, we support employers in the implementation of their LGBT+ Diversity Management through events, speeches and consulting services.
