Our event will be moderated by Annemieke Hartmann-Jemmett,Co-Chair of the inaugural RAHM Leadership Council and recent author on topics such as human behaviour in the global world of business.

Managing Consultant, Board Professional and Business Author

Annemieke Hartmann-Jemmett is a multi-lingual expert in the creation of global teams and infrastructure responsible to generate progressive business growth to Private Equity, FTSE 250 and Private Owner businesses, based in the South of England. As co-chair of RAHM LGBTQIA+ and Allies Community Leadership Council, she is actively involved in the council initiatives supporting the LGBTQIA leaders of the future. Annemieke is currently also content contributor for BRAINZ Magazine and is about to publish her inaugural book Fear, Trust and Values focussed on human behaviour in the global world of business.

Christian Tooley is an award-winning queer entrepreneur & strategist based in East London, working at the heart of innovation, intersectionality, & investment. He is Founder & CEO of i³ investing – bridging community, connection, & capital between intersectional, notably LGBTQ+ founders, & consciousness investors. At Bain & Co., he leads a team across EMEA for Bain Innovation Exchange (BIE), driving growth to scale their Innovation & Venture Building services with corporates, startups, & VCs. Christian is listed as a Top LGBT+ Future Leader by Yahoo Finance, won a global McKinsey Achievement Award for his work driving intersectionality in the venture space, and is a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, connecting social impact and business, particularly on systems thinking and innovation

Nora Bavey is a General Partner at Unconventional Ventures, a Nordic VC that focuses on impact tech companies founded by diverse founders. She is the award-winning brand strategist who became a tech entrepreneur only to become the investor she needed, who focuses on diverse founders and sees ownership and entrepreneurship as the strongest tools for equality. With her understanding and focus on Sustainability, DEI and future trends, she is building ecosystems in the Nordics region as well in Europe to take advantage of the potential she sees being lost today. Nora was named one of the 50 most influential in Tech 2022, Most important Female investor 2021, Role model of the year 2020 and among Sweden’s 101 Sustainability Leaders 2020.

Anna Hüttl (she/her)

Startup Ecosystem Manager, NEXT MANNHEIM (DE)

Anna Hüttl is the Manager of Startup Ecosystem at NEXT MANNHEIM. She is in charge of developing the local ecosystem and supporting the startups located in Mannheim and the area. Therefore, she works for the B2B- and IndustryTech Accelerator Up2B and she supports international startups that aim to enter the German market via Mannheim.

The topic of diversity plays an important role in her daily work and is one main goal of the current development of the ecosystem.

Before that she has worked for several SMEs and startups in the field of strategic marketing. With her graduation of the executive Master of digital Pioneering at Zeppelin University she decided to use her knowledge and expertise for the development of startups and startup ecosystems.
